Growth Partnership

KSL alongside your business.

An ongoing partnership built around your diagnostic findings: we find the problem that matters now, decide with you what to do, help implement it, then stay for the next one.

Questions first? Talk to KSL on WhatsApp. Not every business needs a partnership: the Diagnostic tells you whether a narrower piece of work would do.

  • Free to apply
  • No payment on this website
  • Terms agreed after review

A month in the partnership

  1. Wk 1

    At your business · visit

Look at what changed and agree the priority for the month.

  2. Wk 2

    Working session · virtual

Design the change: the steps, who owns it, the module or tool behind it.

  3. Wk 3

    Implementation support · visit

Help put the change into practice, with training where it is needed.

  4. Wk 4

    Monthly review · visit

Check the measures, confirm the change held and find the next constraint.

An example. Three visits and scheduled virtual meetings each month; dates and agenda are agreed with you.

The problems it is for

Problems that span several parts of the business and depend on each other, where a single fix or a one-off report would not hold.

  • Cash is tight although sales are growing, and the causes run from pricing to collections.
  • Everything still waits for the owner, so the business cannot grow past them.
  • Quality and delivery depend on who is on duty, and fixes do not stick.
  • The numbers arrive late or are not trusted, so decisions are made on instinct.
  • Growth is straining people, systems and cash at the same time.
  • Several constraints compete for attention, and it is unclear which to fix first.

Who it is for

A partnership asks something of both sides. It works best with owners who recognise themselves in most of this list. If that is not you yet, start with the Diagnostic or self-coach with the modules.

  • You run an operating business, with customers, staff and real operating problems.
  • You are serious about solving those problems, not collecting advice.
  • You are willing to engage closely, including three physical meetings a month.
  • You are willing to implement what is agreed.
  • You are open to training where the solution requires it.
  • You are willing to invest in solutions when the case is clear.
  • You want a stronger business, not generic recommendations.

How priorities become action

The diagnostic findings are the starting agenda. Each priority gets an owner, an agreed change and a measure.

01

Confirm the diagnosis

We test the diagnostic findings against records and conversations, and drop anything the evidence does not support.

02

Agree what comes first

Using impact, urgency, confidence and dependencies, we agree the one or two priorities for the coming months.

03

Design and implement

For each priority: the change, who owns it, the KSL module or tool that supports it, and the date it should be in use.

04

Review and move on

Each month we review the measures agreed at the start, check the change held, and choose the next constraint.

What you contribute: time with the KSL consultant, access to records and people, a named owner for each agreed change, and the willingness to implement and to measure honestly.

What it includes

The retainer is for the relationship: close enough to see what is really happening, and staying with it as the business changes.

01

Three physical business meetings a month

At your business, with time for diagnosis and growth conversations.

02

Scheduled virtual meetings

Strategy and problem-solving between visits.

03

Ongoing problem identification

New problems emerge as the business grows. We look for them continuously.

04

Priority setting

Deciding with you which problem matters most now, and which can wait.

05

Solutioning

The right response: process, people, rules, information, technology, or a combination.

06

Implementation support where appropriate

Helping the business put the agreed change into practice.

07

Training where required

When the solution depends on people working differently.

08

Review of progress and emerging problems

Checking the change held, and finding the next constraint.

How it starts

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about the business, the problems and your readiness. Around 15 minutes. Free.

  2. 02

    Review

KSL reviews the application and your diagnostic findings to judge the fit.

  3. 03

    Agree terms

If there is a fit, we agree the scope, support level and fee through a contractual process.

  4. 04

    Partnership

The partnership begins once both sides have signed the engagement terms.

Pricing follows the diagnosis

Pricing is determined after reviewing your diagnostic and support requirements. The level of support differs from business to business, so the fee is agreed in the engagement terms, not set on this website.

When the diagnosis calls for significant delivery work, it is proposed separately, with its scope and price set by the problem it solves. A system is only proposed when technology, rather than process, people, rules or training, is the right answer.

Scoped and priced separately

  • CRM implementation
  • ERP implementation
  • Custom software and websites
  • Reporting systems and automation
  • Substantial training programmes
  • Other major delivery work

Questions

How is the partnership priced?

It is a monthly retainer, from USD 253/month. The exact fee depends on your diagnostic results and the level of support required, and is agreed in the engagement terms before anything begins.

Does applying cost anything?

No. The application is free and no payment is taken on this website. KSL reviews the application; if there is a fit, we agree the engagement terms with you through a contractual process.

Does the retainer cover implementing systems?

The retainer covers the ongoing relationship: meetings, diagnosis, priorities, solutioning, implementation support and review. Specific delivery work such as a CRM or ERP implementation, custom software or a substantial training programme is scoped and priced separately, according to the problem it solves.

Will every problem be solved?

No business is ever permanently fixed. As it grows, new problems emerge. The partnership exists to find the one that matters most at each stage and help you address it, then the next.

How is this different from module access?

Module access is self-coaching: you buy a module category and work through it yourself. The Growth Partnership is a relationship: KSL works alongside you continuously. You apply for it; it is not bought on this website.

Is every application accepted?

No. A partnership only works where there is a real fit. We review every application and contact you if it is a suitable fit.
